If you were not on the call, please watch the meeting recording<http://connectpro35337274.adobeconnect.com/pmui7etfb85g/>. You will find the PPT slides attached and on the Leap into Science website<http://leap.fi.edu/>. Wind (2019) Report & Light and Shadow (2020) Dissemination Planning Tool Attached you will find the Wind (2019) Report and Light and Shadow (2020) Dissemination Plan Tool. Please connect with your state leadership team members to complete the tool by January 15, 2020. We are asking that each state present a piece of their tool on the Community Meeting on February 20, 2019. The tool is broken into three sections: * Light and Shadow (2020) Expectations. You will find a summary of the expectations for the upcoming year of Leap into Science implementation. Please review carefully. * Wind (2019) Report. In this section, you will find tables and questions about Wind implementation, funding, materials, and workshops in your state. * Light and Shadow (2020) Plan. Like last year, we have outlined tables and questions to collect information about your upcoming trainings, funding, materials, and workshops. As you are completing this Report/Plan with our SLT, refer to the 2020 State Leader Handbook on the Leap into Science website<http://leap.fi.edu/state-leaders> and send any questions to me at cherrera@ngproject.org<mailto:cherrera@ngproject.org>. Light and Shadow Reach and Kits As we discussed on the November Community Meeting, we are adjusting the number of kits each state will receive. Instead of 48 kits, each SLT will receive 46 kits. Due to this decrease in number of kits, we will have reduced the total expected reach for the year to 50-80 educators Next Community Meeting and Webinar Schedule Our next Community Meeting is scheduled for January 15, 2020 at 11AM Pacific | 2PM Eastern. You will find the connection details below and in the meeting request. See below for your assignment and connection details. We will continue our webinar schedule throughout 2019-2020. I have sent calendar invitations for each meeting and am including the schedule below. Community Meetings: * January 15, 2020 – 11:00am Pacific, 2:00pm Eastern * February 19, 2020 – Light and Shadows Curriculum Training (for all state leads and educators) – 11:00am-1:00pm Pacific, 2:00pm-4:00pm Eastern * March 18, 2020 – Light and Shadows Training of Trainers (for state leads ONLY) – 11:00am-1:00pm Pacific, 2:00pm-4:00pm Eastern * April – NO CALL – Individual State Check-ins (as needed) CONNECTION DETAILS Test Your Connection Before the Webinar http://connectpro35337274.adobeconnect.com/common/help/en/support/meeting_test.htm Requirements * Attendance.
