Hello everyone. I hope you are all staying healthy and safe. It seems like a long time ago (in a different world) we were all together in Washington, DC! This email is a summary of actions to date, information, and invitations to continue to collaborate.
Attached is a copy of the "map" which Leah Silverberg from the Afterschool Alliance organized in Cobble. We haven't found an efficient way to collaborate on Cobble. For now, if you have revisions to this document, feel free to mark it up and send back to me.
An updated Literature Review is located herehttps://docs.google.com/document/d/1hWp0jJDC9H5qOgMEK--yju_Rqv-9H63RkBWikfrvJHs/edit#heading=h.sfp7syxulnui. You are invited to review, add, and make comments. Our plan is to finalize the Literature Review by June, so comments in the next two weeks would be helpful.

Thanks to Jamie Bell and Ari Hock for contributing these helpful perspectives.
Attached is a summary of the convening evaluation. We appreciated your completion of the survey - responses and analyses are helping to inform our next steps.
We are planning a national webinar to be held in June, building on one of the themes we saw in the discussions around community-centered program evaluations. We will be reaching out for presenters and if you are interested in collaborating with us on this webinar, please contact me. We have two potential dates in June and hope to finalize details next week. Here is our draft description: Join out-of-school time STEM practitioners and researchers as they discuss the possibilities and limitations of community-centered program evaluations that are equity-oriented and informative to multiple stakeholders. Presenters will share findings from a review of the OST measurement field and conversations from the 2019 (un)Common Measures Convening in Washington, D.C. Learn how research-practice partnerships are redefining program evaluations that center the values of youth, parents, families, and in-school educators.
Katie, Jen, and I are discussing the possibility of developing a new project, potentially submitting to NSF (AISL), building upon the work of the convening, perhaps focused on community-centered program evaluations, in out-of-school time settings. We welcome your partnership. Please reach out if you are interested in working with us on a proposal.
Thanks again for your contributions in person in December and virtually now and in the future.
