Subject: [NoLimits] No Limits Project Update - January 2020

Happy New Year to all!  I hope you had a great holiday.  Many of you are implementing over the next 6 weeks and we are looking forward to seeing your photos and hearing your stories.  This email contains some new information as well some reminders.

  • Mini-Grant Report and Evaluation:  When you have completed your project, please complete this surveyhttps://rc1userf9cwjdzsmr53w.sjc1.qualtrics.com/jfe/form/SV_3EKaQPuDSrXQyb3.  It is also attached in hard copy so you can view the questions.  Please complete your report within two weeks of completing your project and by March 13, 2020 at the latest.  (We distributed this in November, and have not made any changes.)  I have also attached a Data Collector form to use if you are working with multiple partners.  This form is NOT required - it was requested during our Grantee Meeting last month.

  • Facebook Group:  Some of you asked for a Facebook group. https://www.facebook.com/groups/488888261797396/  Request to join via Facebook or send me a note and I'll invite you.  This is OPTIONAL, but we welcome any and all who want to share their experiences, ask for ideas, and upload photos.

  • Grantee Meeting Recording:  If you missed the Grantee Meeting in December, you can watch the recording herehttp://connectpro35337274.adobeconnect.com/po48b98i39k2/ and I've attached the slides.  It was primarily an opportunity for folks to share their projects and ask questions.

  • Shared Drive for Photo and Video Uploads:  https://drive.google.com/drive/folders/1Pyvjv4HAAjN5dtsrt6oxAuRjg0__cNF1?usp=sharing.  There is a folder for all projects for storing the required photos and videos.

  • Messaging and Stock Photos:  We created a photo with stock images you can use when marketing your project within the shared drive herehttps://drive.google.com/drive/folders/1FGssBeQ0WFEGqICqWitSEf85BqSkssAb?usp=sharing.  I am also putting a copy of the Media kit in that folder.

  • Blog Guidelines:  We are finalizing our guidelines and submission process.  I'll have more information to you next week.

  • Web Page with Resources Listed:  AND, we have put all of this on one page here:  https://ngcproject.org/NoLimitsGrantees.  NOTE, this is not the public webpage about the project we have been sharing.  This is for you to use when you need to find something listed in one of the emails we have sent.

Maggie is still reaching out to make sure we have your final implementation dates.  If you haven't communicated them to us, please do so.  And, if you change your dates, let us know immediately.  We want to support and leverage your activities.

If you have questions, feel free to write to me or Maggiemailto:mewan@ngcproject.org.

Thanks so much for your amazing work to inspire girls to have NO LIMITS!
