Hello to The Connectory Exchange (TCE) Community Coordination group,

  1. MAY METRICS (see attachment) things to note:
  • Programs and opportunities continue to climb each month.
  • States with highest increases in opportunities (30 or more): CA (+87), MA (+39) NY (+31), NC (+58), WA (+115)
  • E-blasts in May promoted bulk upload option and summer opportunity social media promotion which increased traffic to info@theconnectory.orgmailto:info@theconnectory.org which in turn increased opportunity submissions. Still have several outstanding bulk upload spreadsheets waiting to be returned and anticipate ongoing increase related to the e-blast promotions.
  1. NEXT MEETING Our next meeting is on Thursday, June 28, 2017 at 11:00 AM Pacific (12:00 PM Mountain, 1:00 PM Central, 2:00 PM Eastern). Please send along agenda items.
  1. SUMMER OPPORTUNITIES This year we conducted targeted outreach to maximize the number of camps and other summer opportunities in The Connectory. We contacted program providers who listed the greatest number of camps during 2015, 2016, and 2017 and sent them bulk opportunity spreadsheets to ease the process. There were 1,700+ summer opportunities at the start of June and new ones continue to be added each week. For the first time, all 50 states and DC have summer opportunities listed. View the attached map to see how your state stacks up.

  2. BULK UPLOAD REMINDER If you have a provider that is interested in the bulk upload option you may either send them directly to us at info@theconnectory.orgmailto:info@theconnectory.org or reach out to us and we will create the customized bulk upload spreadsheets for you to send.

Looking forward to connecting with you all soon!
