July Metrics, Doodle Poll Reminder, and Twitter Chat Resources
Hello to The Connectory Exchange (TCE) Community Coordination group,
JULY METRICS (see attachment) things to note:
- Programs and opportunities continue to climb each month.
- States with highest increases in opportunities: NC (+12), WA (+127)
- Users and pageviews are down. July is a historically slow month.

TWITTER CHAT RESOURCES: In our last community meeting we discussed Twitter Chats. There was an interest in sharing best practices. Attached is a planning template we use to facilitate Twitter Chats. The template includes tips as well as links to other best practice resources. If you have resources you would like to share please send them along. Upcoming Twitter Chat:
The National Girls Collaborative Project (NGCP) will be celebrating its 16th birthday next month and The Connectory will be participating in a Twitter Chat they are co-hosting with the National Alliance for Partnerships in Equity (NAPE) on September 12, 2018 at 11:00 AM Pacific (2:00 PM Eastern). The topic is Girls in STEM and The Power of Micromessaging using the hashtag #AltSweet16 as a nod to NGCP's "sweet 16" birthday. We invite you to join the conversation and hone your Twitter Chat skills. If you are hosting or participating in a Twitter Chat that you feel we would be a good fit for, we encourage you to invite us (@the_connectory).
BULK UPLOAD REMINDER: If you have a provider that is interested in the bulk upload option you may either send them directly to us at info@theconnectory.orgmailto:info@theconnectory.org or reach out to us and we will create the customized bulk upload spreadsheets for you to send.
