Dear Collaborative Leads

For our 2015 NGCP Collaborative Support Webinars we are inviting Collaboratives to share knowledge and expertise with the Collaborative Network. We are seeking four Collaboratives to take ownership of the April 14th and September 8th meetings. Please see the attached Collaborative Support Online Meetings 2015.

For those of you considering this opportunity, the following information will be helpful:

  1. You will not be presenting alone. Leadership team members from two Collaboratives will work together on the webinar.  Is there someone you've been wanting to work with?  This is your opportunity!

  2. The National Team will provide support for each webinar. Collaborative presenters will develop the content, slides, images and speakers. We will coordinate the webinar rehearsal, and provide technical support.

  3. Possible topics include sharing best practices, strategies and successes in the following areas:

a.    Local Partnerships

b.    Collaborative Partnerships (strategies and examples of two Collaboratives working together)

c.    Events

d.    Outreach

e.    Engaging Leadership Teams/Champions Boards

f.    Other topics as proposed by you

If you are interested, please contact me by December 1 with 1) preferred meeting date (April, September, or both), and 2) topics of interest. We will do our best to accommodate your requests.

To grow and sustain NGCP, it is important to leverage the experiences and knowledge of our Collaboratives.

Thank you in advance for contributing your expertise!

All, does anybody have a really great working relationship with their Girl
Scouts? Perhaps even a leadership team member on their committee? We have
an active and fantastic one here. I think there's some real potential to
connect to what the Girl Scouts are doing and what we are doing in our
collaborative.

Please email me separately off the left if you're interested.

Thanks!
