Subject: BriteFest Assembly Tomorrow - Process for Program Leaders
Our first BriteFest is tomorrow, Friday, July 17 at 1 PM Eastern Time / 12 PM Central Time!
During BriteFest, each program will share an example of a girl's creative work with our live speaker Amanda P.
As Program Leaders, we ask the following of you in preparation:
- Select one girl's project, and one backup project, from the Brite Girls Gallery: art x science Flipgrid (https://flipgrid.com/briteartscience) to showcase with the entire Brite community during tomorrow's Zoom meeting.
- Please notify the selected student(s), so they are prepared to talk about their project(s).
- Be prepared with the selected project(s) open on your computer ready to share during the Zoom meeting or designate another educator from your program to share her screen.
- The Program Leader sharing her screen must attend the Zoom meeting 10 minutes BEFORE the meeting starts, so we can do a run through and practice screen sharing.
The Zoom link for BriteFest can be found here: 5.2 BriteFest.https://worldscienceu.com/lessons/5-2-britefest/
Please let us know if you have any questions regarding this process.
We are looking forward to tomorrow.
