CryptoClub Hubsite Leaders- We are looking forward to connecting with you all on Thursday, February 21, 2019 at 10:00 AM PST | 1:00 PM EST on our Community Meeting. Below, you will find an outline of the agenda and meeting connection information and expectations. Please review and respond if you have suggestions or questions about our upcoming meeting. We are excited to hear from a few more of you. If you haven’t done so already, please create 1-2 slides to present at the next community meeting. We are hoping to hear and update from each Hubsite. Please include pictures from our training or from clubs and focus your presentation on the following items: o Successes o Challenges o What’s Next You can either: o send these slides to me at cherrera@ngcproject.org<mailto:cherrera@ngcproject.org> by Tuesday February 19, or o share your screen (with my assistance) during the call. A webinar moderator will accept your request to enter the room. 4. Audio will be via your computer speakers and microphone. There will be no separate phone line. Please use a computer with a microphone so you can fully participate. Requirements: 1. Attendance. Trainers must attend each Community Meeting. 2. Microphone. Every call will require an online microphone connection. Please have a working microphone and test with the Adobe system at the beginning of each call. If you do not have a microphone, please contact Casi Herrera (cherrera@ngcproject.org<mailto:cherrera@ngcproject.org>). 3. Reporting. Some calls will require Trainers to report on specific topics or activities. We will provide advance notice. Please come prepared with these materials. 4. Follow-up. The NGCP and CryptoClub teams will address all questions promptly, and Trainers are expected to do the same.
