I am looking forward to connecting with you all next week on our next Community Meeting scheduled for Thursday July 20, 2017 at 10:00 AM PST | 1:00 PM EST. Below, you will find an outline of the agenda and meeting connection information and expectations. Please review and respond if you have suggestions or questions about our upcoming meeting.

  • Report from Hubsites who have trained
    *  How did it go?
    *  How many educators attended and from which organizations?
    *  Were there any questions that came up?
    *  When are your educators running clubs?
  • Evaluation Updates and Support – Club Tracking and Materials for CLT
  • Questions and Discussion

CONNECTION DETAILS
On Meeting Day:

  1. Go to: http://connectpro35337274.adobeconnect.com/cryptoclubngcp
  2. Enter your first and last name and click <Enter Room>
  3. A webinar moderator will accept your request to enter the room.
  4. Audio will be via your computer speakers and microphone. There will be no separate phone line. Please use a computer with a microphone so you can fully participate.

Requirements:

  1. Attendance. Trainers must attend each Community Meeting.
    
  2. Microphone. Every call will require an online microphone connection. Please have a working microphone and test with the Adobe system at the beginning of each call. If you do not have a microphone, please contact Casi Herrera (cherrera@ngcproject.org<mailto:cherrera@ngcproject.org>).
    
  3. Reporting. Some calls will require Trainers to report on specific topics or activities. We will provide advance notice.  Please come prepared with these materials.
    
  4. Follow-up. The NGCP and CryptoClub teams will address all questions promptly, and Trainers are expected to do the same.
