TRAVEL:  Thanks to those of you who have made your travel arrangements.  If you have not yet made your travel arrangements, please do so by Wednesday, November 20 in the morning.  We are finalizing a rooming list for the hotel and must submit it on November 21.  (You do not need to contact the hotel.) A reminder of the process for travel is at the end of this email.  We will send you your hotel confirmation information by December 3.

AGENDA AND PREPARATION:  We will distribute the meeting agenda, some readings, and requests before Thanksgiving.  There will be small group work and some informal “presentations”.  We will be asking all of you to participate and contribute throughout our time together and will provide guidelines in advance.  A complete list of participants will be distributed along with the agenda.

Feel free to send along any questions or concerns.  It will be wonderful to see you all in December!

TRAVEL ARRANGEMENTS:  Please contact Christopherson Business Travel per the information below to arrange for your travel.  You may also arrange for your own travel and submit for reimbursement, after the convening occurs.  If you make your own travel arrangements, note the guidelines above for arrival and departure, and the University of Washington travel guidelines attached.
