We are looking forward to seeing you all in Chicago for the CryptoClub Training of Trainers on April 4, 5, and 6. Thank you all for registering for the ToT. Below you will find a few updates.

CryptoClub Training of Trainers Agenda

Monday April 3

           5PM – 7PM Social gathering in Hotel (informal and optional)

Tuesday April 4

            6:30AM – 7:45AM Breakfast at Hotel

            7:45AM Bus leaves for Meeting

            8:00AM – 5:00PM CryptoClub ToT Activities

            5:15 Load bus for Group Dinner

Wednesday April 5

           6:30AM – 7:45AM Breakfast at Hotel

           7:45AM Bus leaves for Meeting

            8:00AM – 5:00PM CryptoClub ToT Activities

            5:00 Close – Dinner on your own

Thursday April 6

           6:30AM – 7:45AM Breakfast at Hotel

           7:45AM Bus leaves for Meeting

           8:00AM – 2:00PM CryptoClub ToT Activities

           2:00PM Close – Taxi/Shuttle/Lyft to Airport

Homework

Next week we will send you a homework assignment to be completed prior to meeting in person in Chicago. This homework should take you no more than 30 minutes and will include opportunities to explore the features of the CryptoClub website that your participants and their youth will be exploring. Please watch for the assignment and let Casi know if you have any questions.

Travel Accommodations and Reimbursement

Hotel. Room reservations have been made for each of you at the Hyatt Place – Chicago Southhttps://chicagosouthuniversity.place.hyatt.com/en/hotel/home.html. The reservation will be under your name and the room (excluding room service and incidentals) will be billed directly to the CryptoClub team. You can check-in on Monday April 3, 2017 at 3:00PM and will need to check-out prior to boarding the bus for the training on the morning of Thursday April 6, 2017.

Flights. You should have already booked your flight for the training in Chicago. If you have not done so, please book as soon as possible. Flights will start to get unreasonably expensive shortly. As a reminder, please book your flight so that you arrive with plenty of time to get to the training on Tuesday April 4, 2017 at 8:00AM. Please book your outbound flight to depart no earlier than 5:00PM on Thursday April 6. Our agenda is full until 2:00PM. If you are unable to find a flight that departs at 5:00PM or later, please contact Casi Herrera at cherrera@ngcproject.orgmailto:cherrera@ngcproject.org.

Reimbursements. The University of Chicago will process all CryptoClub travel reimbursements. Attached you will find the process for submitting your reimbursements as well as a list of allowable expenses. The expense report to be submitted is also attached.
