CONTRACTS: The fiscal contact on your application will be receiving an electronic contract from the following email address: DocuSign System <dse_na2@docusign.net<mailto:dse_na2@docusign.net>>. We are working on the contracts now, but you may not receive yours until next week, due to the volume of contracts and the Monday holiday. If you need us to send to someone else or alter to meet your organizational guidelines, please reach out. We work with many different types of organizations and can be flexible. Once your contract is executed, your organization will be set up in our payment system and the fiscal contact will receive an email asking for electronic banking information. We will then begin processing grant payments (if applicable); however this may process may take up to 30 days. If you are implementing in 2020, your payment will not be distributed until the end of January. If receiving your funds according to this timeline is a hardship, please contact me. If you are not receiving funds, you will still have a contract to verify the guidelines and requirements for the project. SHIPPING: We will have a more detailed update about shipping next week, but the distributors have indicated they are hoping to ship ALL cars by the end of November. I know some of you are implementing IN November and so I am arranging shipping on an individual basis for program that need cars earlier. If you have NOT been in touch with me and you need your cars before December 1, please reach out. We are passing along special shipping notes to the distributor and will be able to provide you with updates once the shipments are finalized.
