APRIL METRICS (see attachment) things to note: * Programs and opportunities continue to climb each month. * States with highest increases in opportunities: CA (+49), NC (+82), OH (+20) * Top 10 Categories/Interests: #8 architecture and design (new category remains in top 10 for second month) * Pageviews and Users are down which is consistent with years past in the month of April. Could have been further affected by the IP address filter we created on Google Analytics in early April 2018 to prevent internal traffic from affecting our data. 1. BULK UPLOAD OPTION FOR EXCHANGE STATES The Connectory is doing a big push to get as many K-12 camps and other summer opportunities on the site in advance of June 1st. Currently we have nearly 1,500 listed in the U.S. The only state not represented (yet) is Hawaii. Wondering how your state stacks up? Here are the current summer opportunity numbers on The Connectory (congrats to NC for grabbing the #2 spot! California is in the lead at the moment with 191): * North Carolina = 185 * Maine = 30 * Colorado = 47 Bulk uploads are key to our push with providers - and we want to offer this service to the providers who have joined via YOUR EXCHANGES. Attached is the language we use in promoting and responding to requests for bulk uploads. Please feel free to repurpose for your needs. You can either send your providers to us directly to create the customized bulk upload spreadsheets or reach out to us and we can create them for you to send.
