Program Leader Orientation * Plan to send a minimum of one program representative to the orientation on Monday, June 29, 2020 from 12:00pm-2:00pm Mountain/1:00pm-3:00pm Central/2:00pm-4:00pm Eastern. (Additional program personnel are welcome.) This will be an opportunity to learn about the platform, the day-to-day logistics of the Brite Program, and to clarify expectations and requirements. * Here is a link to the Zoom room for the meeting: https://us02web.zoom.us/j/87629975332. Learner/Girl Participants * If you have not yet sent us your list, please do so right away. The list should be in excel spreadsheet format, (first name, last name, email address). Please send directly to me via email. Reminders and Updates * We are waiting for final approval on the media toolkit and press release. We anticipate distributing it tomorrow. * An office hour will be held weekly each Tuesday in July (7/7, 7/14, 7/21, 7/28) at 2:00pm Mountain/3:00pm Central/4:00pm Eastern. * In August we will be holding a debrief session for all grantees to celebrate and collect information from you. * Over the next few days this page: https://ngcproject.org/brite will become a public facing page listing all grantees and the press release. We will be linking to your public web page.
