COLLABORATION INSTITUTE

  • As you can see I have distributed Collaboration Institute 2015 registration information. Please take this opportunity to assess the strength of your leadership team. This may be an opportunity to send a new team member or to re-invigorate a long time member. You may also want to send a Champions Board member or other partner.

  • If you have seed funding or mini-grant funding you would like to use, please invoice us for that amount. You can then process reimbursements or pay for travel expenses directly.

  • Since we are not covering travel, we are not setting limits on the number of team members who can attend from a Collaborative. We recommend a minimum of two; however, more are welcome.

  • If you are seeking funding from sponsors and need additional information from us to make your case, let me know how we can support you.

NEW COLLABORATIVE SUPPORT MODEL

  • New Collaboratives are paying $5,000 which includes the Institute, one year of technical support, and access to the various systems and resources. We will also be matching them with mentors.

  • We have not finalized our sustainability plan for supporting existing Collaboratives. Those of you who have been managing Collaboratives for many years do not require as much support from us as new Collaboratives.

  • In January, I plan to engage you all in a conversation to help us determine the ongoing, reasonable fees we need to sustain our work and keep the network active. Feel free to send along any ideas and thoughts you have about this.
