Dear Collaborative Leadership Team Members,
We have had a wonderful year with you, full of activity and ongoing momentum for supporting girls in pursuing STEM activities and careers! As this year ends, we hope you take time to relax and rejuvenate with family and friends. We will be ready for you when you rejoin us in 2019 with renewed energy to continue our ongoing collaboration of thoughtfully curated resources and discussions around the meaningful topic of greater equity in STEM.
Attached is the 2019 Community Meeting schedule.
Our first Collaborative Community Meeting of the year, Wednesday, January 9, 2019 at 11:00AM Pacific/2:00PM Eastern (connection details below), will focus on the newest research available for effectively engaging girls in STEM activities and education. Facilitated by researchers Alicia Santiago, Brenda Britsch, and Barbara Billington, the conversation will first present the current findings on equitable STEM engagement then dive into the connection between research and practice. We look forward to your participation!
