On this call, each State Leadership Team will take 3-5 minutes to share hills and valleys specific to the following topics:
- Recruiting and prepping for your trainings
- Leading a training
- Plans for follow up
- Materials
This will also be a great time to ask other State Leadership Teams questions, if you have them. Please pick 2-3 of the topics above to talk about on the call. You are welcome to assign one lead as a representative or assign a topic to each lead. Please reach out if you have any questions.
