MEDIA RELEASE FORM ATTACHED:  As a reminder, we will make the live speaker sessions (T/W/Th) available to a broader audience, recording the live sessions and releasing them the next day. Since most girls will appear on screen at some point or have their voices heard, we would like to have media releases from a parent or guardian. We will ask girls to ID themselves by first name and location. For those who aren't able to get a media release, we will ask you to make sure these girls are not on screen and not asking questions live.  Additionally, please insure that girls log on with first name, last initial, program group only.  All girls will be able to respond and submit questions via chat.

Attached is the Media Release form.  We are sorry to add on this requirement; however, we want to address all possible privacy concerns.  As a reminder, you can distribute to parents, obtain signatures and send to us OR we will do this for you (via our DocuSign system) if you send us a list of parent email addresses.  Let us know how we can assist.

REMINDER OF INFORMATION SESSION FOR PARENTS AND CAREGIVERS:  A reminder of our optional information session for Parents and Caregivers about the Brite Program tomorrow, Thursday, July 9, 2020 at 6:00pm Eastern/5:00pm Central/4:00pm Mountain.  The meeting will occur via Zoom link:  https://us02web.zoom.us/j/87955732323.  We will share the vision of Brite, overview of the program topics and speakers, and answer questions.  The meeting will be recorded and we will share the recording and slides so you can distribute.  (This meeting is for adults.  It is not designed to provide information for the girls in your program.)

ACCESS TO WORLD SCIENCE U:  Tomorrow afternoon you will receive your login information to the World Science Uhttps://worldscienceu.com/, your "launch platform" for Brite!

Please reach out with any questions or concerns you have.  Thanks so much for all you are doing to serve the young people in your programs.
