Hello Hubsite Trainers, We know you are busy planning your Club Leader trainings and wanted to let you know that the evaluation resources in the Google Drive are ready to go. The youth survey has been posted online (the survey URL is in the Club Leader directions PDF) and a paper copy can be found in the Google Drive. It is called Youth Survey FINAL.PDF. The preferred method of administration is online, but we realize that not all Clubs will be able to administer the survey online. Instructions for administering and mailing completed surveys are provided in the Club Leader directions document called CryptoClub Club Leader Eval Handout 6-1-17.PDF. The only change from what we talked about at the April training is that we have asked that Club Leaders write the name of their Club on the board when they administer the survey so youth can enter their Club's name on the survey.
