Attached you will find the PPT slide deck for your reference. I made a couple updates that didn’t make the meeting today. Below are some highlights and updates. Please let me know if you have any questions!

Hubsite Reporting
There are a few key pieces of information the national team needs to know to be able to support you as you work through your plan for dissemination.

Event Date: Enter your event into the NGCP Event System as soon as you finalize your event. You can find the How To Guide in the CLT Guidehttps://cryptoclubproject.uchicago.edu/resources/per_group/4. Please reach out with any questions.

Club Implementation Timeline: Please collect Exit Slipshttps://goo.gl/forms/AeKc0WJnHXSeKvS22 from your club leaders. Once this are submitted, I will send you a copy of your data. You will be able to update this as you receive updates (see below).

Club Leader Follow-up: Follow-up with your Club Leaders regularly. There are suggested timelines and templates in the CLT Guide to use for follow-up. Each of you will have your own Exit Slip Data Sheet that I will send you after your club leaders complete the Exit Slip form. Update this as you receive updates from your Club Leaders.

HOMEWORK: If you haven’t done so already, please take a moment to login to the CryptoClub websitehttps://cryptoclubproject.uchicago.edu/ (VLC). Your assignment is listed below:

  1. Cohort 1: Please sign up for an account and upload any CryptoClub resources (PPTs, agendas, recruitment materials and/or emails, requests for funding language, etc.)
  2. Cohort 2: Please upload any CryptoClub activities you created at the CryptoClub ToT.

Our next Community Meeting is scheduled for May 17, 2018 at 10:00am Pacific | 12:00pm Central | 1:00pm Eastern. See connection details below.

CONNECTION DETAILS
On Meeting Day:

  1. Go to: http://connectpro35337274.adobeconnect.com/cryptoclubngcp
  2. Enter your first and last name and click <Enter Room>
  3. A webinar moderator will accept your request to enter the room.
  4. Audio will be via your computer speakers and microphone. There will be no separate phone line. Please use a computer with a microphone so you can fully participate.

Requirements:

  1. Attendance. Trainers must attend each Community Meeting.
    
  2. Microphone. Every call will require an online microphone connection. Please have a working microphone and test with the Adobe system at the beginning of each call. If you do not have a microphone, please contact Casi Herrera (cherrera@ngcproject.org<mailto:cherrera@ngcproject.org>).
    
  3. Reporting. Some calls will require Trainers to report on specific topics or activities. We will provide advance notice.  Please come prepared with these materials.
    
  4. Follow-up. The NGCP and CryptoClub teams will address all questions promptly, and Trainers are expected to do the same.
