Media Kit: I've attached a brief Media Kit in word and the Press Release. This will be loaded on the NGCP Brite page tomorrow. Feel free to use any of this wording (note hashtags) when you announce to your communities, parents, etc. We are almost done confirming the speakers for all three weeks and then will be doing a public announcement with a speaker schedule (for the live talks) and announcing all of you as grantees. We'll let you know a few days in advance of the public announcement Then, we will expand this Media Kit to include sample messaging, links to the speakers, etc. Thank you for your patience as we develop the assets needed to announce everything! Feel free to send along a copy of anything you distribute. It may be helpful to others as well as to our future planning as we evaluate the program and plan future offerings. Zoom Accounts: We have determined that each program will need a paid Zoom account. Please let me know if you do not have one and we will set up an account for your program to use throughout Brite. Program Leader Orientation * Plan to send a minimum of one program representative to the orientation on Monday, June 29, 2020 from 12:00pm-2:00pm Mountain/1:00pm-3:00pm Central/2:00pm-4:00pm Eastern. (Additional program personnel are welcome.)
